WHAT IS A POTCAST? (sorry we mean Podcast)
Essentially Podcasts are nothing more than MP3 files, much like you would store music in iTunes, or any other MP3 player. They can be played with anything that will play an MP3 file.
Then what makes a Podcast Different? Well a podcast is usually much like a Radio program for the internet. It can be music to interview to what ever you can find out there. Unlike a Radio program though most (ours are) podcast files are stored so you can get them when you want them, not when the host is actually doing the show. Thus you never miss an episode or program cause they are ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU when YOU want them.
There are several ways you can get a Podcast. One is to get what is called an aggregator. This keeps a record of the podcasts you have subscribed to and tells you when new ones are available. You can use just about anything from 3rd party software to iTunes or what ever may have come with your MP3 player. You can check the link above for more information on aggregators.
Once you find a podcast you want to subscribe to or download you need to enter into the aggregator (or what ever) the location of the File which tells you the episodes available. This is a link usualy with an .XML ending to it. This file contains information about the episodes, how big they are, etc.. and allows you to download the ones you want and not those you don't want.
For those who do not want to download the entire listing of interviews we also make them available as single downloads as well so you can get our Podcasts either way. It is however much simpler to have a program you use when you connect to the net to look and see if anything new has been added.

Coming soon a more interviews, new interviews. Changes are in store for TIME4HEMP.
This Web site evolved from interviews Casper Leitch conducted while hosting the California community cable access show called 'Time 4 Hemp' which made its debut on January 5, 1991 and went international three months later.
Featured among the interviews from the series are: Willie Nelson (country singer and a founder of Farm Aid); Dr. Timothy Leary (one of the fathers of the LSD movement); Steve Bloom (editor of High Times magazine); Keith Stroup (founder of NORML); and Kevin Zeese (a founder of the Drug Policy Foundation). The interview with Dr. Timothy Leary is one of the last interviews he allowed before his death and has never been released.
