Ingredients: Birch Polypore mushrooms, organic non-GMO vegetable glycerin and filtered water These mushrooms are polypores. They have medicinal benefits similar to Reishi. Boosting immunity and anti-viral. They grow shelf-like on birch trees in the fall. The double extraction method was used. After the mushrooms are extracted from the glycerin in about a month's time. The extract was strained and put aside. The mushrooms were then decocted (boiled then simmered) in water for 45 minutes. They were strained and then combined with the glycerin extraction. There are some medicinal qualities that will come out from the glycerin called triterpines. There are others that will only come out by being decocted in water called beta-glucans. Directions: Take one dropper full twice a day mixed with 6 oz. of room temperature filtered water. Size: 1 bottle = 2 fl. oz / 60 ml
